HOW DO I SEARCH?
Our search options at the top of every page make it easy to find the product(s) you are looking for.
You can browse by subject by selecting an option from the "Pick a Subject" pull down menu above.
To find a specific product simply enter a title, author, character, artist, or song in the keyword search box above and click "Search".
You can also filter out a specific media type by clicking on one of the blue media buttons at the top of the screen.
HOW DO I PURCHASE?
Buying from the ERC is easy and secure. For every item there is an Add to Cart
button. This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping
cart does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your cart, you can choose
to place the order immediately, or continue shopping.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS BACKORDERED?
We will make every effort to ship your order complete within 24 hours (Monday through Friday).
However, if a backorder is necessary, you will receive an email notification with details on your
order. Backorders will also be noted on your packing slip you receive with your shipment.
CAN I BE BILLED FOR MY ORDER?
We accept purchase orders from public schools, libraries, and accredited institutions.
We would appreciate prepayment on orders under $20.00. A purchase order number is required
to be billed for your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely
satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund

If you wish to return your online order:
Please enclose a copy of the packing slip with instructions, carefully package the returned items
and send the merchandise back to us. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or
refund per your request.
SECURE ORDERING
The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information.
SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone
other than the Educational Record Center, Inc.
Once you enter the checkout page, your computer will begin communicating with our server in
secure mode. You can tell you are in secure mode by the following:

Depending on your browser, you will see either a padlock or a solid key in the lower section
of your browser window.
Only browsers that use the Secure Socket Layer protocol are able to order from the
Educational Record Center website.
SHIPPING
We will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Orders are shipped the best way. Our regular method is by United Parcel Service. We do ship
by U.S. Mail to Post Office Boxes and by priority mail to Hawaii and Alaska. We can also ship
Second Day for an additional charge. Please notify us of your special shipping needs.
We make every effort to ship your order 100% complete. Back-orders do sometimes occur.
You will not be charged additional shipping on a back order. If you paid by credit card
and an item is on back order, you will not be billed for that item until it is shipped.
This is our incentive to ship your order 100% complete the first time.

We will accept orders from anywhere in the world with proper prepayment. However, we can only
ship to addresses with United States Zip Codes without making special arrangements.
TERMS
Our billing terms for public schools, libraries and accredited institutions with an
approved customer number are net 30 days.
