We will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Orders are shipped the best way. Our regular method is by United Parcel Service. We do ship
by U.S. Mail to Post Office Boxes and by priority mail to Hawaii and Alaska. We can also ship
Second Day for an additional charge. Please notify us of your special shipping needs.
We make every effort to ship your order 100% complete. Back-orders do sometimes occur.
You will not be charged additional shipping on a back order. If you paid by credit card
and an item is on back order, you will not be billed for that item until it is shipped.
This is our incentive to ship your order 100% complete the first time.
